Register and list your products

  • To become a seller at DigDeco, all you need is your tax information (GST Number & PAN, depending on your category) and an active bank account.
  • Once you register, you will have access to Seller Account, your one-stop portal for all your selling needs. Our DigDeco advisors will help you at every step and fully assist you in taking your business online

Receive orders and sell your product

  • By listing your products on DigDeco, you can reach potential customers & businesses every day.
  • You can also advertise on DigDeco with Special Sponsored Products and target customers relevant to you.

Package and ship with ease

  • When an order has been placed for one of your products, DigDeco notifies you by email as well as in your Seller on DigDeco dashboard.
  • If you are a seller or shop owner who has the ability to deliver orders same day/next day to customers in your local area (through your own delivery associates or a courier partner), then you can save charges for storage, packaging and delivery.

Get payments and grow your business

  • Payment for your sales (minus the DigDeco Seller fees) is deposited securely into your bank account every 7 days, including your Pay on Delivery orders.

We process payments with PayUmoney, an external payments platform that allows you to process transactions with a variety of payment methods. Funds from PayUmoney sales on DigDeco will be deposited into your Bank account.

There is no fee to list your product, however fees are applicable which will be charged when you product is sold the same will be deducted from the price at which the product is sold to the customer and the balance will be credited to your account in the next weekly cycle.

Here are some common questions about selling on DigDeco

How do fees work on DigDeco?

Joining and starting a shop on DigDeco is free. There are three basic selling fees: a listing fee, a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.

It costs Rs. 25 to publish a listing to the marketplace. A listing lasts for four months or until the item is sold. Once an item sells, there is a 3.5% transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs). If you accept payments with PayUmoney, there is also a payment processing fee based on their fee structure.

Listing fees are billed for Rs. 25, so if your bank’s currency is not Rupees, the amount may differ based on changes in the exchange rate.

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on DigDeco. Create a DigDeco account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your DigDeco fees).

How do I get paid?

If you accept payments with PayUmoney, funds from PayUmoney sales on DigDeco will be deposited into your Bank account. We encourage sellers to use a Business account and not a Personal account, as personal accounts are subject to monthly receiving limits and cannot accept payments from buyers that are funded by a credit card.

Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register via Current Bank Account. You will not incur any charges until you open your shop and publish your listings.

What can I sell on DigDeco?

DigDeco provides a marketplace for Home Decor products, crafters, artists and collectors to sell their handmade creations, vintage goods (at least 20 years old), and both handmade and non-handmade crafting supplies.
